This weekโs MoonNidra meets us in the waning moon โ
that soft, in-between place where the light begins to fade, and weโre asked to let go.
Not by force. Just by noticing whatโs ready to be set down.
This practice is all about grounding.
Weโre working with the legs and feet โ the parts of us closest to the earth.
Sometimes we forget that confidence doesnโt come from pushing forward.
It comes from feeling steady where we are.
Feet on the ground. Breath in the body. Nothing extra.
We also invite attention to the psoas, that deep muscle that holds a lot โ especially when weโre anxious or in go-mode.
This is a moment to let it all go quiet.
You donโt need to stretch or journal or optimize.
You can start small:
Walk barefoot โ even for one minute
Take a pause and listen in
Just close your eyes and let your exhale lengthen
โItโs Monday. Your Nidra is here. Come rest with me.โ
Iโm Nikki Lee Boklund. Come rest with me.
This is your reset.
A place to return, release, and begin again โ without needing to prove anything.
This is rest that rebuilds.
